Lack of blue color in Picture

Hi
My TV is about 5 years old. Standard cable ready 4x3 ratio with
composite A/V inputs.
Recently i have started having a problem with the picture.. ie. the
blue colors don't show up very well.
Tuner, sound, and picture all work great except for the lack of blue.

Can some one tell me.. whats probably wrong ( major or minor) with the
TV.

Need guidance in fixing it up.

First post make, model, and chassis of the particular set, otherwise someone
will tell you it's broke.

There is a failure inside the tv set with the blue. Could be in the
signal drive circuit or picture tube. No way to tell without a proper
diagnosis and voltage measurements by a qualified technician.

It is highly likely if it is a Zenith SMS or SLS series tv set from
1993 through 1996 and a 25" or 27" size tv that the picture tube is
simply bad. Zenith is well known from that era for low quality
picture tubes and high failure in the set.
