I purchased an adapter for this audio recorder that would allow for a VGA output from 2seemy.com.
after installing, it did not work. and I thought I smelled burning electrical.
I removed it, then plugged the original ribbon cable back into the board.
The built-in screen now does not function. It lights up white, but no text or menus.
the rest of the mixer appears to be working fine.
I did not see anything burnt up on the circuit board.
what is the most likely failure here?
