Request for help: My church owns two of these. We lost power during a
service, and when the power came back on, one of the units would not power
up. We checked circuit breakers, no luck. I moved the unit to a known good
power receptacle with no luck as well. The unit does absolutely nothing when
the power switch is turned on. I have checked the user manuals, no help.
There is no external fuse. I opened the unit, and the checked the one fuse I
could find, and it checks good with an DMM. Any help would be appreciated.

Very Respectfully,

Jon

Hi...

Voltage setting tampered with? (On the bottom)

Line cord bad or intermittent?

One of the interlocks open (or a cover removed?)

Here's where you can read more....

Take care.

I had one quit and the thermal fuse checked OK with a DMM but with a load it
was opened.
