Kill-a-watt GT (P4480)

  1. For quite a while I have wondered why the P4400 had a jumpered spot for a
    relay on the power board, now I know. I just yesterday learned of the
    existence of the Kill-a-Watt graphical timer which from the description is
    still a power meter but can also act as a 1 week electronic timer.
