When you turn the volume up it flicks up number in the negative, like full
volume, the display goes like -20 but low volum is up like -90?

Any ideas?

Are you like, turning/flicking up the volume number in the right, like,
direction?

Simple, the numbers represent dB relative to the maximum power output of
the amplifier. So maximum volume would be 0 dB. As the numbers get
progressively more negative, the volume is less by the ratio represented in
dB. In theory, volume of zero would be negative infinity dB.

Its the same on my technics power amp at home

as you turn the knob the numbers in the little display next to the
knob change in much the same way. Except mine has "DB" next to the
numbers

There isnt a problem with the unit. its made that way.
