  1. Ladies and Gentlemen!

I need a part for a Keithley 480 picoammeter with a burned input
stage. Neither our workshop guys nor the company where I bought the
(second-hand) ammeter from could find the burned component, since it
is apparently out of supply. The company said that Keithley also
doesn't have the component any longer.

The component has the number Q104 in the manual and it is description
is "transistor, matched set with R115 & R116" (two resistors of which
I currently don't have the value). The Keithley part number is 29427A.

I wonder if I could use any other transistor to replace the Q104. Can
somebody give me any advice as to which transistor I should use or how
    to best repair my ammeter?

    kind regards

    Henning
