HI everyone
I have just purchased a JVC GR-AX200 Camcorder , I was just going to use it to record ( from the screen ) some old 8mm Movie film I have .
But the problem is that it is only recording and play back in Black and White , I have done a bit of research and it could be some surface mount " Capacitors " .
The question is will this be possible to do , I repair Laptops has a hobby and sometimes have to de-solder and replace some very tiny components ( I have a microscope to do it with ) but I am unsure has to what type of component is fitted and to what degree of difficulty it will be .
I could with a push try and send it back through ebay , but there again I like a challenge , and I have plenty of time on hand .
ps: I dont suppose anyone has a service manual for this ? .
