JVC Cam. burned resistor/fuse ?

Hi;

This GR-DVL125 came in with no backlighting for the LCD.

Found open SMD on inverter board. It was burned
so I couldn't tell if it was a resistor or a protector.
There is no location num.

I subbed a 10 ohm resistor in and it seems to be
acceptable in brightness.

Anybody got advise ?!,

Hi Rick,

If it looks like a resistor and is physically loacated on the BL Inverter
PCB near pins 27 - pins 30 of CN751 which is a 32 pin connector then it's a
fuse!

The part number is NMFZ007-R40X-K
