JD5 smd compnent

What is a JD5 smd component???
It is connected at the input power supply of my circuit.
it is a 4 pic IC like component...
the inputs are connected through the diodes as shown
I am not able to analyse what it does....it is giving its output to an AC driven optocoupler...
it may be a rectifier or maybe not...

JD-JD5-D5 won't validate thru 3 sources of ~5000 listings of each of my SM code referencing sources, when compared against that units packaging.
Possibly give us the units brand and model and a just a little bit more adjunct parts imaging .
Plus do a diode forward junction voltage test between all of the inter-terminal combinationals

I just broke a piezo buzzer accidentally...but the ckt seemed interesting to work on...so i am trying to analyse this ckt...
there is no name nothing about this component....Only JD5 is the clue for this...
it has been used at the input....after 2 diodes
