Hello,
I have a question regarding digital encoding of an analog video
signal.
Assume you are having a video ADC that is outputting a 656 stream. If
the analog signal is slightly "faster" than it should be, say the line
period is shorter than 64us, what will a normal video ADC do?
Will it pad the blanking interval with zeroes, when it detected a
hsync slightly earlier than it expected?
