Darn that ITC222!!!

I see this weekly even coworker of mine gave up on it and kicked
patato back to local store who exchanged it.

But I have to be realitsc about it and we have to fix them to earn
money.

Just did one and I still have absolutely no idea when I fixed one even
looked good on small signal board for intermittent shutdowns. Had it
scanned in dead set mode on chipper check and got several error codes
like bus install failed, bus jammed etc, have schematic for it. And
more ITC222 chassis still come in with similar problems one or
another.

I have another one waiting next same problem.

There is no bulletins on these either, RCA should have it by then!

I'm frustated. Did some google but these techs there still is
muddling through that too.

By the way, this is worst chassis physical design. Too much bracings
on the bottom of chassis (schematic showed a way to flip it up), takes
bit of work to get the deflection/SMPS out of it's holder and unhook
many wires. Way too much work.

Compare this to PTK195 chassis that's exactly what should be, few
wires or long enough to pull it ouf of it's tray not SNAPPED IN.

Swapping those green small signal board is basically changing half a
whole TV and is too much work to realign if the small signal is DEAD
as nail. That will kill the profits, plus Thomson is still using same
glue that secures traces on that multilayered board PLUS using
lead-free solder that needs higher temps to solder, it's all SMD, not
in modules. Grrrr!

SIGH! Cheers,
