To male a long story short, my ex gave me this usb battery pack 6 months ago. It is supposed to be the brand name Hype. I dropped it the other day and bottom of it cracked. When I looked inside the housing it looked a little shotyy, not well made. When I pulled out the guts the battery was the right battery, The circuit board seems a little much for a simple usb charger. I am trying to find out, through the pictures, what people think. Is it an fm transmitter? Amy insight would be greatly appreciate. I'm not crazy, just things arent adding up. Thanks so much.

It's a buck-boost converter to convert 5V to 3.7V to charge the battery and to supply 5V from a 3.6V battery source. There's no microphone, transmitter, antenna or memory as would be needed for a "bug".
