    Short answer: NO

    Long answer: No, they're very different. One is a quad low power op amp (LM324) and the other is a quad high performance comparator (LA6339). The pinouts are different, one has an open collector output, etc., etc.

    Silly answer: They do have the word "quad" in common. Oh, and both come in 14 pin packages.
