atleast CMOS OTA IC material available in market ?

NTE currently has several transconductance amps in their product set. Go to NETINC.COM and enter the keyword TRANSCONDUCTANCE. After reviewing them it seems that they are MOSFET, JFET, and SI. I didn't see a CMOS variant.

actually i am the student of Master of technology in VLSI
