Hello everybody,

I've understand that we can use a transistor as a switch in an inverter circuit. I'm having problems in simulating ideal switches inverter circuit which uses 4 MOSFET in PSpice. Can anybody give a suggestion? Here are the attachment of my circuit. My circuit is quite different from the inverter circuit I aim to build. So hopefully somebody can give a new idea. Thank you guys!

I don't understand your problem.

How is pspice misbehaving with the circuit you're showing? Or is that somehow not the issue?

Thanks Steve for replying my message. Actually what I want to do is that to convert the DC output from the solar cell to become AC by using ideal switches method(4 MOSFET). I've read books about this type of inverter but I really don't know how to construct the circuit in PSpice as I'm very weak in using the software. Hopefully you can help me. We can start by figure out how the schematic looks like. Thank you

I would suggest you're looking for an H bridge (perhaps)

yes..a H bridge would involve 4 transistor..

how can i connect it in PSpice? Is there other component that I have to put in?

thanks Steve

I have no idea. I don't use PSpice.

Sorry.
