Interesting Power Quality Document

I was Googling and found a Power Quality document that you all might find
interesting reading. It is written in plain language and has many
diagrams. It is a bit dated and relates to Ontario, but the concepts are
similar throughout NA. There are also general comparisons to other
utilities and NEC. If you have another source that is fresher, please post
a link to the group.

Check page 42 where it lists nominal operating voltages and what limits are
"acceptable" and "extreme". Also worthy of mention is the Measurement
section for those wondering about the accuracy of their Kill-A-Watt or
equivalent.
