Yep...could all be vaporware....would not go for one of
these....either one...until they are in actual use and
their are some firm numbers....

have fun....sno

I would agree on the concrete one. The patent is pretty broad and as
we know, it does not have to work to get a patent. They are located in
Wyoming and claim to have investers and will have some "real soon now".

Looks cool!

It only looks good to you because you don't know what you're talking
about.
Larger blades capture more power with less
diameter

<sigh>

A conventional turbine that produces 1kW at a "normal" wind speed
rating (generally considered about 25 mph max), needs 10' of rotor
diameter.

This new design claims a useful increase in efficiency, but an 88%
smaller wind capture area. To put their output claim in perspective,
consider that the similarly sized Air 403 produces less than half the
output at a similar high wind speed. And that high wind speed is
achievable for few, and then only occasionally. The topper is the 6300
Euro price, which is insane. A real, proven, buy anytime 1kW turbine
costs about $2k, more than 10 times less per real Whr than the new
"cool" design.

There have been a number of these small diameter miracles over the
years. The "windtree" comes to mind...

And just in case I haven't reminded you lately, you're an idiot.
