My beloved Orion Instruments Omnilab 9250 has finally died, and so has the
OEM along with all service manuals, schematics. etc.
This unit included a 48 channel logic analyzer, 2 channel DSO, 24 channel
digital stimulus generator/ arbitrary waveform generator and an RLC bridge
in one compact unit. It communicated with the PC front end via a parallel
interface. The PC software allowed very sophisticated triggering between
modules, and rapid development of ATE testing sequences.

Does anyone know of a similar unit - analyzer/DSO/Stimulus being offered
today?
