Mr. Robert L Bass,

December 30, 2003

Dear Mr. Bass:

The Pennsylvania National Fire Museum is a non-profit origination. Provides
visitors an accurate and complete history of fire fighting efforts Formerly
the REILY HOSE COMPANY NO. 10, the station was restored to its original
splendor, with character that was noticeably evident from 1899-1980.
Formed in 1993 by a group of Central Pennsylvania fire buffs, firefighters,
and historians, the goal of the museum is to preserve the rich history and
heritage of our fire service. The Reily is now part of a unique history,
offering education and excitement for all citizens and visitors of Central
PA.
As few months ago we put out a call for a video switcher. Mr. Robert Bass of
Bass Home Electronics came to our rescue. He gave us a new Speco video
switcher, Model SQS-4B At the value of $ 150.00.
We want to thank Mr. Robert Bass for his efforts. In expanding out
surveillance system.
Sincerely;
Richard E. Lenker

Mike Said:
$ 150.00 -YOU GOT RIPPED OFF. Then again that is nothing new from Old Goofy
Bass The Scammer. Look below the prices of that switcher averages $85.00. You
think writing the BBB about Goofy Bass that's going to help him. He has screwed
and scammed so many I don't think so. he has **MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS** against
him. The BBB don't care what you got for FREE (or at least you think its for
FREE) it will cost you in the long run especially if you gave goofy a gift
receipt for $150.00 when it only cost $85.00 (The IRS will be involved here)
The BBB cares about the **MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS** and the people that he never
settled with.

He GAVE them the switcher... And I might sell one for $85, but I charge
$65/hr for labor (and I charge in hourly increments). $150 write-off.
