Dear,
I am in in search of a FET, which can deliver 5 Ampere & + current and its gate can be operated with maximum 0 & 10 Volts DC.
If some body can help me. It is requested to send me reply on [email protected]

Thanks
Abdul Ghaffar

There are many FETs which can do the job. one that seems to be refered to more often than others is IRF540A, details can be found on the net.

Dear,
can I get Full Channel Opened (Minimum Resistance of Channel) at 10 Volts DC at Gate? & It gets Complete OFF at 0 Zero Volts.

Thanks

IRF9540

No, but you might get close enough. You haven't really given us enough to work with. What are your constraints? What frequency? What gate drive is available? etc. etc.

The datasheet will tell you all you need to know. Look at (in this case) Rds vs. Vgs

& It gets Complete OFF at 0 Zero Volts.
As complete as it gets, yes.

I have used the IRF540 at several amps with 10V drive. I have not checked what drive is required.
A P channel mosfet from the same maker is IRF9Z34, I have not used P channel mosfets.
There is a trade off between voltage capability and on resistance so at low voltage you can get a low on resistance. You can also parallel them if necessary.
Look up the websites of suppliers in your country.

I recently used the IRF3205 in a project and was quite pleased that I didn't need to heat sink it with a 1 A current through it. I drove it with an op amp driven by a 9 volt battery.
