i wish to know the fundamentals of impedance matching for L-C
networks...especially for piezo electric crystals..which have
capacitance...and inductance being used to store the charge...suggest
web sites or the details for the above.
This is actually for extracting electrical energy from
piezoelectric crystals, where the energy extracted is too low(Hi
voltage &very low current)

You can safely ignore the inductive component; the capacitive
component is the prime characteristic, along with being a high impedance
device.
What you need to use is a charge amplifier, in order to measure the
energy created.
