I am using eupec IGBT (1200V 75A). I generated pwm signals from dspic microcontroller. Then with small circuit I am generating +15V(for high) and -5V(for low) for triggering. But still i am not able to fire properly.

Instead of this i used Semikron IGBT module (5KW). It is firing very good. I don't know the firing circuit of semikron, it is completely packed. I would like to know the firing circuit for IGBT. what are the factors to be considered? what is the reference?

    could you please help me???

    with regards

I have created a new thread for you as this is not related to the thread you posted it in.

What are you after? An IGBT gate driver? It's not very clear.
