    Hello guys,

    I have a two problems:

    1) Can someone please help me to identify these diode? (Picture as per attached). Is that a normal diode or schottky diode? I try to google this diode according to the part number (B91 02), but can’t find any. Please help me to find any equivalent diode in order to replace the damage diode please

    2) How to check this card functionality whether it is ok or not. I have measured the output (brown pins) using ohm meter and found some of outputs have a different ohms and it should have a same ohm since 8 circuit of output have a same circuit and same components. I have replace all new components that included new resistors,Ic PC924, Transistor B601 & D560 and still can not get the original ohm’s. Please help me.

For your information, this card purposely used for to control IGBT > motor driver 6.6Kv

    Thanks

    Alan
