My name is Mahesh and actually I am trying to implement a real model of an IGBT in simulink. I have used ideal model IGBT implemented in SimPowerSystems but the next step in my work is to modify the IGBT model according to the datasheet and IGBT is
*SKM 100GB128D*
So please,can anyone show me an IGBT real model block to compare with mine?
