I am working on a pwm fan control circuit. There is a transistor that
    has the following label:
    Q1 TIP126PNP DARLINGTON or simliar

Can anyone shed some light on how I go about finding this? I have
looked in catalogs, but came up empty.

    Thanks

Transistor type TIP126 is available in the UK from RS Components.

  3. The root part number is TIP126
