IC Max Temperatures

    If it says on a datasheet max temperature is "300oC for 10 seconds
    (soldering time)" how long can you leave it at 250oC for?

    I've been reading about reflow soldering and it seems common temperatures
    are around 250oC but I've yet to find a "take the board out after X seconds
    otherwise you'll damage the components"
