need to know the use of Vref pin (reference voltage pin) in ic l6203
i just read that its connected to ground and a capacitor is connected in between.... but why?

Always good to link to the datasheet so we don't have to find it for ourselves.

VRef is the output of the internal voltage reference. Adding a capacitor to ground helps reduce the noise on it. It is NOT connected to ground!

"A capacitor from this pin to GND is
    recommended." according to datasheet....

Yes, a capacitor is connected between this pin and ground. The VRef pin IS NOT connected to ground.

so its connected to a capacitor and cap is connected to GND... and Vref pin is connected only to cap or somewhere else??

It is connected nowhere else unless you want to use the voltage reference (which presumably you don't)

"It is recommended that a capacitance of at least 10 nF is used for the bootstrap."

    You might use 0.1uF.
