Now I developing hardware for characterizing 2port devices, primary special kind of diodes. It needs to be accurate enough and works at high speed, more than 10Msamples/s. Please, review my schematic :)

I don't know what you are asking?

    Please explain.

Diode is a special kind of non-silicon structure, which needs electrical forming to store the charge inside structure. Forming is done by applying series of impulses by DAC. After forming I-V characteristic must be measured. It is done by forming ramp voltage and two channel ADC - high side for V, using Kelvin probe, low side in I-V converter.
