Sir cjdelphi . . . . . . .
Ahhhhhhh yes . . . indeed, they are getting much-much harder to find in the smaller 1-2-5 amp rated units . . . . and not all manufacturers have a very full offerings of ALL of those current ratings.
What I do is go to:
http://www.mouser.com/Circuit-Protection/Thyristors/SCRs/_/N-86c7l/
Go to the fourth dialogue box over and select a CURRENT value and then highlight it.
BUT . . .leave it alone and then sneak over to the second dialogue box and the offered voltages available willl be in DARK black . . .instead of gray . . . as you scroll up and down the ranges.
Work back and forth between those columns to see all of the desired offerings . . . .which will be sorted out and numbered in RED at the lines above as "xxx remaining" .
Finally, kick in the "apply filters" to get the units listed and THEN you can sort out between the case profiles- voltage-current-gate drives -and hold specs.
I used to utilize a lot of the C106 GE series and TECCOR brands but I see that Littlefuse is being TECCOR's big Sugar Daddy now.
Of course, there is always the NTE inc replacement series of SCR dee-vices as NTE53xx----NTE54xx-----NTE55xx numbers with their "sub 1" --3--4--5 amp ratings
