I have two of the boards in the pictures attached.

I am able to identify the microcontroller (BGB203/S06 - Searching online has always given me the part number BGB203/H1/S06 even though it is not labeled on the chip) and the voltage regulators for the RS-232 connectors.

I cannot for the life of me find any documentation on this board as a whole or figure out how to program it. I have found documentation on the chips themselves. Also there is nothing written under the board.

All I know is that it is a programmable bluetooth demo board.

Can anyone help me?

Below is more info as written on the chips:

"BGB203/S06
P1P4424
1220027
cmG0614vY"

and the three voltage regulators:

"Maxim
MAX3380E
CUP 613"

you'll probably have more luck looking for identifiers on the board and googling them.

Knowing what the chips are is unlikely to be helpful in identifying the board.

That's the thing:

The only identifiers on the board that came up with anything are the chips. That is how I know that there is a Bluetooth micro controller on there. That has been able to help me refine my searches. I have come close to finding this exact board model, to no avail.

There is a number on the board in the center, but my research on that number has come up with nothing but gibberish (200-00750 Rev A).

A friend and I have spent about 3 hours of constant searching and haven't come up with anything.

It may be a proprietary board to the manufacturer. Do you know what it came out of, what company made the equipment he board goes into?
the LE (circled), may be the manufacturer of the board if you want to do a logo search. The edge of the board is marked LE-5-0 2806, the (200-00750 Rev A) is probably a more specific company part number for that particular board.
If you can identify what equipment the board goes into, maybe contacting that company will get you somewhere.
