Hello, I have an HP Photosmart Plus Series Printer (B210a) , and when I wanted to replace the Ink Cartridge , it gave me the error 0xC19A0003(Ink System Failure). I restarted it multiple times, removed and placed the printer head multiple times back but it didn't help. So I fully reset the printer, now everytime I start it up it tells me that it cant detect the printerhead...

it sounds like you forgot to remove one or more of the plastic protection tabs off the cartridges. Either that or you are not installing the cartridges correctly

Do you have a genuine HP cartridge?

well it isn't likely to initialise without the cartridges

My HP and my Epson have very specific cartridge changing steps for both the removal and installation
if those steps are not followed exactly, then it isn't likely to initialise properly

Soooooooooooooo .... what happens if you put the old cartridges back in ? ..... FOLLOW THE STEPS :) :)

if it doesn't work and initialise and just tell you the ink is low, then it is likely that you haven't followed the steps correctly

On every start it just gives me: "Printhead Missing;Lift the latch,re-seat the Printhead and then lower the latch", i tried that multiple times and I can't get past this error

Take the printhead out and check that the connections between the head and carriage are perfectly clean, undamaged etc and look for any breakages in the ribbon connector.

There is a 'physical' fault here and it's either with the head or the ribbon OR the printhead really IS dud and will require replacement (actually, dump the printer as a new one is always cheaper than a spare printhead...)
