I have this board, model KK6039T motor control, and was not mindful when I took the treadmill apart.
I want to use the motor and board in my shop, and wonder if you could help me wire it.
I see
S1 S2 and S3 in this one picture I found goes to the pot.
Do you know what one is the center wiper?
OK, then there is L1 and L2
and A1 and A2
does anyone know what they are?
Two I take it are, AC in, Two i take it is the motor hook up, but I didn't pay attention when I took them out of the treadmill.
Thanks, Tony

Hi there and sorry for the slow reply!

It looks like the PDF you linked in post #2 answers your questions.

The speed control potentiometer (10 kΩ) connects to terminals S1, S2 and S3, with the wiper connecting to S2 and the fully clockwise end connecting to S3 so that speed will be maximum at the fully clockwise end.

L1 and L2 are the "line", i.e. the incoming AC mains supply voltage.

A1 and A2 connect to the motor, as shown.
