How to Use two AA Batteries in Series & Parallel Connection Simultaneously ?

For my project i need a simple circuit
for battery
charging (used as parallel connection) and
discharging (Used as series connection
so im in position to use the battery in Series & Parallel Connection at same time

You cannot use batteries in series an paralle at the same time.
Either in parelle, or in series.

What you can do is connect batteries in parallel to increase capacity. Then connect packs of paralleled batteries in series. Use only battteries of the same type and capacity.

If you can, better use battteries of the required voltage and amperehours instead of connecting them in stacks.
