Hi, I recently salvaged this fan marked as SUNON DP 200A 220-240V 50/60 HZ 0.14A
Impedance Protected (refer img-0478). The issue is the AC Mains in my country is 230V but the fan have two green cable
running out from the unit (refer img-0479).
My questions are as follows:
How do i know which green cable to connect to Live and which cable to Neutral
in my AC mains?
Can I connect the AC mains direct to the green cable ?

Any answers to the above is appreciaIMG_0478.JPG IMG_0478.JPG IMG_0479.JPG IMG_0480.JPG ted.
Thanks in advance for help.

Answer 1: The way you connect the wires doesn't matter. The fan doesn't know about life or neutral, all it will see at the terminals is an AC voltage.
answer 2: With appropriate care: yes.

Working on mains voltages is very dangerous. Stay away from life voltages, keep all connections well insulated.
