How to replace thermal transformer fuse

    Sorry for the confusion....
    If you zoom in on either of the pictures....you will see I used a very small safety pin to bypass the (open) fuse. The probes are on the only 2 pins used on the primary side of the transformer. One pin (wire) goes up to the fuse. I would guess the other pin (wire) somehow goes to the secondary side of the transformer.
    The readings are ohms....and continuity on the meter as shown in the pictures.
    I am trying to determine that the fuse is the only thing that needs replaced.

    Just to review....at the utility pole the neutral wire broke loose and engaged one of the hot legs of the tri-plex. There are 2 furnaces in this house. Both transformers in them were blown...."ALL"....gfi's were blown and only the top burners of this stove work. The circuit board is dead. The fuse is open.
