How to increase gain

    Hi all,
    I just completed my new project but i need a little bit of extra gain. plz look the attached image and tell me how to increase the gain . My headphone speaker's impedance is 32 Ohms. all i need a little more gain. now i listen the voice from mic in full volume.

    Take out the capacitor - resistor between the output and pin 1 and connect the 10uF cap between pins 1 and 8. This will give you a gain of 200. If that is too much gain try a resistor in series with the cap of around 1K or lower.

    Look at the datasheet for exmples of different gains.
