How to implement an ID caller circuit

Dear sir,

I'm trying to implement an id caller circuit with any available
resources, so i will be glade to receive your advice and any technical
information.

Do you mean "Caller ID" ?

If he did, you can pick up cheap units for around $10AUD or even less.
Why bother making one?

Caller IDs are often country- specific, so any solution won't be
universal. The usual way is to send an FSK signal (usually 1200 Baud)
sometime during the ringing process. The easiest way to implement one
for yourself (if you can't buy what you need) is to use something like
the MT8843 series- a quick google should find you the data sheets, and
full appnotes with circuits for USA and UK.

IT would be neat to build the circuit and then somehow attach it to a TV or
other large display, so it can be viewed at a distance.
