That appears to be a switching power supply rather than a transformer. You could use it as is if you can use the output voltage(s) that it provides.

Electrically that may be possible (remembering what BobK mentioned) but practically speaking it would be quite a chore to cut out the power supply section of the PCB or unnecessarily bulky to use the whole board or the whole chassis in addition to the other amp.

Frankly I would sooner repair that amp even if "repair" just means skipping everything else on the board and air-wiring it to a new amp chip. In that case you will probably need a decoupling capacitor on the power rail pins right at the pins, it may not be stable and oscillate if you don't do that. Plus if it is not a split rail power supply and amp design (with both positive and negative power rails relative to ground) then you would need an AC coupling capacitor on the output.
