I need to give pulse to Mosfet for switching operation. Is there any parameters
    for setting the pulse
or we can give a random pulse to Mosfet?

What is pulse width modulation? How this can be attained in a circuit?

    Thanks in advance

    General question, general answer:
This is pulse width modulation. How to generate PWM depends on your requirements. You can use a simple transistor circuit, OpAmps or microcontrollers. Anything that akllows you to modify the duty-cycle of the PWM signal.

You can give any pulse to a MOSFET (I assume you mean the gate?), as long as:
    - the parameters of the MOSFET are fulfilled (max. voltage, max. current, switching time etc.) as stated by the datasheet
    - the pulse form fulfills your requirements (intended function).
