How to flash data onto EEPROM on Mac?

We need to flash data onto EEPROM on Mac OS.
There are some utlities available to do this on Windows. But, we could
not find any such utility for Mac.
Please let us know if anyone knows about any such utility or has any
info on how to write onto the EEPROM.

I don't suppose that you have ever heard of using a programmer or google?
