How I can delay for 1 to 10 Minuit, the video & audio feed coming through cable TV or satellite Receiver, on my TV or receiving device. Is there any electronics device available in the market?

A naive solution is to put your watch ahead 1 to 10 minutes and watch the broadcast live.
