I got a model file but it is encrypted. I can use it in hspice. But how to
    decrypt?

  2. My guess is, you cant. That's why its encrypted.

  3. Why do you want to? Can you export it from hspice in some
    other format?

I can't export it from hspice. I want to know whether it is simply a model
card or a subcircuit and the detailed content. But I don't know how to
    decrypt it.
