How to check 5 pf or 1.5 pf disc capacitor

    I have fluke 101 multimeter it is measuring above 100 pf only.

    You would need a dedicated capacitance meter (most likely) to measure these.

    Is there any reason you think they've failed?

    If they don't measure open on the resistance range then there is a problem.

    You can measure (say) a 100pF capacitor and, if you're lucky, by adding the 5pF in PARALLEL with the known capacitance, see the measured difference (assuming your meter has the resolution).

    Stand-alone cheap, and reasonably accurate, capacitance checkers are available.

    5pf smd capacitors are there in induction stove touch panel they mostly fail and touch does not work unless we replace with new, if there is any in circuit tester it will be great, can u pls refer any best meter for this kind of work. Thx...

    Without the schematic it's not possible to know if they can be tested in circuit (and it also depends on the failure mode).

    If you have to remove them to test them, it may be faster just to replace them.
