HOW TO CHANGES VOLTAGE

    im doing a school assigment currently i need to changes the voltage from 3.3V to 1.2V W/O using a voltage regulater. PLEASE HELP IF YOU KNOW!!

    Use a resistive voltage divider.

    Note: If you add a load to the output of a resistive divider, the voltage will drop below the calculated value. If you need a stable output voltage with load current, you need a voltage regulator.

    Alternately for a quick and dirty you can use a few diodes (or a single diode) in series that add up to the proper voltage drop you need at the current you will be pulling...

    it works thanks alot. so this only will work if my input is constant?

    Without regulator: If the input changes, the output hanges, too.
