how many watts per shake in shake flashlight

    how many milliamps are created each time a shake flashlight is shaken and the magnet moves through the coil? if you had 10,000 intersections of the magnet through the coil how much wattage and amps would be created? how would you best store this energy without a battery? if you could create 10,000 intersections of magnet through coil per minute could you use multiple capacitors and instantly release this energy in pulses that would mimic 120 volts ac?
