You seem to be referring to surface mount resistors. I've come across those weirdly coded resistors too.
If anything they're an in-house code and I don't know if a generic translation table even exists (or could be made).
You'll have to measure them to get an idea of their value.

 

If they're just resistors, Resqueline's advice is the best idea.
I'll mention that when I get stuck for SMD markings, some guy in France spends a lot
of time finding manufacturer's markings/identification.
I Google: matthieu benoit, and whatever cross reference I'm looking for, to see if he posted
it online.
Last list I checked had a complete listing for Philips SMD marking codes.
Might help, might not, but something to check.
