    Dear all

Ok so i got this six pin ic on a board that is about ten or more years old and
i'm unable to find any data on it at all, it;s definatly an optocoupler and it
should be an ac input, i say should be as the wire feeding pin one is 100 v ac,
i'm unable to asertain as to the sort of signal that sould be present on pin
two, looking at a data sheet on a Toshiba TLP630 it shows an arrow pointing
inwards towards the ic on both pins 1 and 2, so how does this thing work , i've
used the usuall configuration in an optocoupler, ie, anode-cathode, but this is
    baffiling me.
