How do i power this laser

Hello guys,

I Bought this some time ago by lightinthebox.
But i cant figure out how to power it.
It looks simple, just power the red and black wire.
I tried differen power sourses
This does not work, no light comming out.
It is not broken becous i have an other one that does not work too.

Do you have a datsheet for the module? Which is the nominal operating voltage, which voltage are you using?

I thried 1,2,3,4 AA 1.5 V in series.

I didn't want to imply this. Sometimes the obvious is overlooked.

The "info" the link gives is not worth the power for sending the bytes through the internet. I'd guess you'll need 3V, red=+ and black=-, then press the button.

I already tried 2 1.5V AA in series, 3V in total.
No succes, maybe it is the little screw on the seccond picture

That is an excellent example of a non sequitur. Both of them could be broken. Caveat emptor.

I'm sorry, I have no further idea. You could try to contact the seller, I think your chances for a satisfying answer are small, though.

That's also a possibility, not uncommon with that type of merchandise.
