Hi all,

I am looking for a video/surveillance card for my PC in which I can plug in
couple cameras to keep an eye on my property. I assume this card would come
with software? Any good reccommendations?

thanks

It's not his forum, it is a norm moderated CCTV forum, which is very
useful to many people looking for answers in the CCTV area. This alarm
forum is on the other hand useless for CCTV.

Before you pan the CCTV Forum why don't you check it out. It's a non profit
forum where CCTV people gather to discuss topics. I get no money out of it,
I'm just one participant out of hundreds. I think you will find that the
people who post here want information and I am giving them a place to find it.
I'm sorry if it offends you but I'll continue to help out people seeking
relevant information. I am not pushing my products nor anyone else's products,
while most of the time I see a lot of self promotion going on here. Again
check it out and you will see that it is an excellent place to gather useful
information about CCTV.

I for one appreciate the help you've given me from time to time. Keep on
truckin', Alan, and just forget about the cretins.

Never said it was not a good place to find info..

But most people would rather have a few quick answer then aving to go read a
whole forum, and as most forum are, there is a pretty good learning curve to
understand how the particular forum is layed out..where to find the
information needed, and most of the time for a newbie, all this reading bring
more confusion..

And one other thing, answering here a few question about cctv would maybe
bring the level of disccussion to a higher level.....wich would be nice....
