Higher order Demultiplexing/decoding ?

Does any know of a 5 to 32 bit demultiplexer/decoder? Alternatively, how can
I cascade two 4 to 16 bit demultiplexers (4514 cmos), to make one 5 to 32
bit?

The low 4 bits go to S0-S3 on both 4514s. On one 4514 the high bit goes
directly to /EN. On the other one it goes through an inverter (say 4069)
then to /EN.
